According to the Foreword this is the first book of pipe music from Nova Scotia. All the tunes are composed by Scott Williams. Advertised for sale in the Piping Times Vol 44, No 2, November 1991.

Like Volume One all the tunes in this book are composed by Scott Williams. The Foreword to this and Volume One are both dated December 1990 and this indicates both books appeared at the same time.
