Like Volume 1 there are no publisher’s details or ISB Number in this book. The date in the Foreword is December 1995. The publication date of this book and Volume 1 can be confirmed from a comment in the Foreword where it states ‘Six years after my first collection was released I have now completed the long-awaited and much delayed second collection.’
