There are three books in this series. A fourth by book Hardie, The Nineties Collection, is not considered part of this series. It is included in this Bibliography as a separate book.

This book is an example of ‘desktop’ publishing before the advent of the personal computer. The title-page and the tunes are all hand written. There are two sections; Section I has ‘Tunes not in the Bagpipe Scale’ and Section II has ‘Tunes in the Bagpipe Scale’.

An advertisement appeared in the Piping Times Vol 39, No 5, February 1987 advises this book was ‘Just published’.

This book differs from Book 1 in that the music has been type set and the tunes are not arranged in two different sections.
